Applications for State Recognition
Following receipt of applications for State recognition from private higher education institutions, AMEAQ established expert evaluation committees. These committees began the evaluation and prepared preliminary reports ahead of on-site visits in May and June 2026.

State Recognition Follow-up Reports
In accordance with Article 7 of Order No. 1-5.2047 of 12 June 2015 establishing the specifications relating to the technical and pedagogical standards required to obtain State recognition for private higher education institutions, which stipulates that “a private higher education institution must submit annually to the government authority responsible for higher education a detailed report on its teaching, supervision and research activities”, in order to ensure that the conditions for State recognition continue to be met and, consequently, to publish supplementary decrees on State recognition for the universities and institutions concerned,
AMEAQ evaluated the follow-up report for State-recognized institutions covering the 2025–2026 academic year, as transmitted by the Ministry.
