Networking

The Arab Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education aims to develop a framework for cooperation among Arab countries, with the following objectives:

• Support, promote and share good practices in quality assurance in higher education across the Arab region.
• Support and strengthen the capacity of quality assurance agencies in the region.
• Encourage regional and international cooperation in quality assurance in higher education.
• Facilitate the exchange of information on quality assurance in higher education across the Arab region.

Founded in spring 2014, the Francophone Network of Quality Assurance Agencies for Higher Education (FrAQ-Sup) was established by:

• AAQ — Swiss Agency of Accreditation and Quality Assurance.
• AEQES — Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (French-speaking Belgium).
• CTI — Commission for Engineering Qualifications (France).
• HCERES — High Council for the Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (France).

It promotes the exchange of good practices, networking and collaboration among agencies, notably through conferences and joint projects.

The Francophone African Network of National Quality Assurance Agencies (RAFANAQ) is a non-profit organisation with legal personality.

Its operations are governed by the provisions of its statutes, registered in Senegal. Its headquarters are in Dakar, Senegal.

The network works to strengthen exchanges and collaboration among the national quality assurance agencies of French-speaking African countries.
